Lansing Wagner

Ceramist Lansing Wagner loves making big bowls and his mastery is evident in the stunning cobalt blue glazes and masterful sgraffito skills that have become his signature style. For the last thirty-five years he’s been working with clay and has developed a body of work with porcelain that is uniquely his own. His work is exquisitely detailed and highly collectible. Lansing lives in East Blue Hill, Maine.

“I’ve done some scientific illustration and enjoy designing pots with creatures on them. I’m also interested in instilling a sense of movement in static images.”
