Matt Barter

Matt Barter is an artist based in Brunswick, Maine, known for his paintings and sculptures that often reflect the working waterfront of Maine. He studied under his father, iconic Maine artist Philip Barter, and has developed a distinctive style that combines bold colors and quirky, unexpected elements in his artwork. Matt's studio is in a  renovated carriage house which is filled with his exuberant art.
