Vintage African Baule Tribe Pillow

Vintage cotton ikat from the Baule tribe of the Ivory Coast. Hand woven and dyed. Composed of several strips of indigo fabric sewn together. 

As with many vintage pieces, this may have imperfections such as fraying, and other signs of age. This is part of what makes it uniquely beautiful.
