Morning

In the artist's words..."The stillness of the early morning light, the reflection off the ice and the shadows of the frozen clouds hovering all captured my attention.I was traveling in Antarctica where time, distance and space are distilled into an illusion and are only reconciled with the refraction of color. I was struck how the early morning light appeared so warm across the frozen landscape and the shadows so cold blue."
