Moroccan Beni Ouarain Rug 'Safa'

Woven in the traditional black diamond motif but with a contemporary design tweak. In place of the solid black wool that typically delineates the diamond pattern, the weaver has woven a striped pattern of black and white. This area rug can be reversed to reveal its flat weave side which is common practice in  summer months. It can also become a  cozy bed comforter in the winter.
