"Salam" Ait Zaiane Vintage Runner

"Salam", meaning peace in Arabic, perfectly describes the muted, neutral colors of this vintage Ait Zaiane runner. Finely woven with wool and red cotton warp thread, the detail and variety of the Berber symbols is impressive. Perfect as a hall or entry runner. The Zaiane Confederation is located near the Atlantic coast, north of Rabat.

Materials: Wool, cotton, cactus silk and natural vegetal dyes
